 At the Department of "Computer engineering and software" group IP-17-6k2 organized a meeting on "Religious literacy - is the safety of society." The most Imam of the mosque "Karabura Aulie" Karatau district of Shymkent city N. Karayev was invited to the meeting. During the meeting, important issues related to religion were discussed among young people and specific information was given on traditional religions. It was recommended to listen and read only imams of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, as well as to visit only authorized sites on the topic of religion. Explaining the topic of traditional religious values, it was said about the history of the emergence of traditional beliefs. The article explains the consequences of radical religious trends in society, a world without terrorism, a peaceful future without violence and how important it is for the next generations of independent Kazakhstan. Students took an active part in the meeting and asked questions.
