Today M. Winter sports competitions among the faculty and staff of Moscow State University named after Auezov have ended. The competition was attended by 16 teams competing in 7 sports. The closing ceremony of the XXVII Winter Spartakiad was held, the winners of which were announced by M. Chairman of the Board of Directors of Auezov State Higher Educational Institution, Acting Rector Gani Besbayev was awarded. Gani Abzelbekuly congratulated all the participants and noted that in the future it is planned to add other sports to the traditional competitions. Two weeks were competitive, exciting and full of bright emotions for the participating teams. The large-scale event strengthened cooperation, demonstrated unity and determination to win. As a result, in the team competition, 1st place was taken by the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Pedagogy, 2nd place - by the Faculty of Information Technology and Energy, 3rd place - by the Faculty of Law.
