Competitions "Intellectual triathlon" among students

On April 3, 2023, the teacher of the department Tastanbekova Bayan, together with the students of the SM-22-5k8 group, held a competition among students called "Intellectual triathlon" in order to clarify the meaning of the word "health is great wealth." The main goal is the development and popularization of mass sports in the country. Triathlon is a youth sport based on all-around events, consisting of three types of cycling: swimming, cycling and running. Its main feature is that it consists of three different sports kits. The development of an athlete will be complex. In particular, the muscular base and functional capabilities of a person are strengthened.
