From February 21 to March 4, 2022, the International Winter School was held at UKU named after M. Auezov. Outstanding scientists from leading universities of the Republics of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Poland, the Kyrgyz Republic, Japan, the Russian Federation took an active part in lecturing on the topic: "Innovative solutions in modern energy."
Each speaker made a huge contribution to the further development of the energy industry. The conference raised the problems of modern energy, applied mechanics, renewable energy sources, proposed ways to solve them, showed options for their own developments, ideas brought to life.
The best scientific minds shared the methods of conducting and the results of research work, effective experiments were shown on illustrative examples. Each lecturer did a great job of identifying, compiling and conveying the necessary information to the listener.
A colossal amount of information, multiplied by work experience and professionalism, the desire and ability to convey all the information collected to the end user - the listener - were the "calling card" of each speaker.
Lectures read in one breath without interruption became a role model for the younger generation, future scientists in the field of electric power, thermal power and renewable energy sources.
Valuable advice and instructions were addressed to young people, those who in the near future will be destined to be "at the helm" of the further development of the energy industry.
The listeners, for their part, received information from each lecturer. This International Winter School has become a platform for connecting generations, drawing a thin thread of interaction between the present and the future.
We hope that the acquired knowledge will be reflected and applied in solving many problems and will make a significant contribution to the further development of the energy industry for the benefit of mankind.
